By submitting an inquiry, joining our waiting list, placing a deposit, or purchasing a dog from Brickhouse Performance Dogs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. General
Brickhouse Performance Dogs breeds and sells American Pitbull Terriers (APBTs). All information on this website is provided for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time without notice.
Availability, pricing, breeding plans, and puppy listings are subject to change.
2. Lawful Purpose Only
No dogs are bred, used, or sold for illegal purposes.
Brickhouse Performance Dogs reserves the right to refuse any sale, inquiry, reservation, or transfer at our sole discretion if we believe the placement is not appropriate or does not align with our policies.
3. Waiting List
Submitting your information through our website or joining our waiting list does not guarantee availability, selection priority, or purchase approval.
The waiting list is intended to provide updates regarding:
Upcoming breedings
Available puppies
Available dogs
Program announcements
We reserve the right to contact, approve, decline, or prioritize inquiries at our discretion.
4. Pricing
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Puppies range from $1,500 to $2,500
Deposits range from $500 to $1,000
Prices may vary based on breeding, bloodline, availability, individual dog, or any specific listing terms.
All prices are subject to change until a deposit is received and accepted by Brickhouse Performance Dogs.
5. Deposits
A deposit may be required to reserve a puppy or dog.
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
Deposits are $500 to $1,000
Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price
A dog or puppy is not considered reserved until the deposit has been received and accepted
6. Non-Refundable Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
By submitting a deposit, the buyer understands and agrees that the deposit is made to reserve a specific puppy, dog, litter position, or opportunity, and that Brickhouse Performance Dogs may remove that availability from public sale or decline other buyers in reliance on that deposit.
Any no-refund or non-refundable terms should be shown clearly before payment is collected.
7. Final Payment
The remaining balance, if any, must be paid in full by the date specified by Brickhouse Performance Dogs.
No puppy or dog will be released, transferred, or delivered until full payment has been received and cleared, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations and Buyer Default
If a buyer cancels, changes their mind, fails to complete payment, fails to respond within a reasonable time, or otherwise does not complete the purchase, Brickhouse Performance Dogs may cancel the reservation and retain the deposit.
We may then offer the puppy or dog to another buyer.
9. Seller Right to Refuse or Cancel
Brickhouse Performance Dogs reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any sale at any time if:
We believe the placement is not a fit
The buyer provides false or incomplete information
The dog’s availability changes
Health, safety, or breeding circumstances change
We determine that proceeding with the sale is not in the best interest of the dog or our program
If Brickhouse Performance Dogs cancels a reservation before transfer for reasons unrelated to buyer misconduct, we may, at our discretion, either:
refund the deposit, or
transfer the deposit to a future litter or available dog
10. Availability and Breeding Plans
All breeding plans, expected litters, availability dates, and puppy projections are estimates only.
Brickhouse Performance Dogs does not guarantee:
litter size,
sex,
color,
timing,
exact availability date, or
future breeding outcomes.
11. Registration and Pedigree Information
Registration, pedigree, bloodline, and family tree information will be provided where applicable and as available.
Any registration terms, limitations, or transfer requirements will be communicated to the buyer in writing when applicable.
12. Website Information
We aim to keep all website information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that all listings, pricing, availability, dates, or descriptions are complete, current, or error-free at all times.
13. Limitation of Website Use
By using this website, you agree not to misuse the site, submit false inquiries, attempt fraudulent transactions, or use the information on the site for unlawful or prohibited purposes.
14. Changes to These Terms
Brickhouse Performance Dogs may update these Terms & Conditions / Deposit Policy at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
